his disciples that servant leaders lead humbly. They’re characterized as humble or selfless leaders. The disciples needed to hear this because they were full of themselves. They had to learn to lead with humility, not focusing on their ego or themselves. Some might feel that Jesus is speaking out against authority in this passage and saying that the disciples weren’t to lead with authority. That isn’t what he’s teaching.
